We undertake surveys and valuations for rating purposes, submit Checks and Challenges and negotiate with the Valuation Office Agency to secure reductions in the rateable values on behalf of commercial owners and occupiers. We have a high success rate on behalf of clients and have achieved reductions of up to 100% (where the reduction achieved brings the Rateable Value (RV) below the exemption threshold of RV £12,000) resulting in nil rates payable and large savings for clients.
